Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to exercise your access, deletion or correction rights under U.S. state privacy laws.

Last updated: August 4, 2026  ·  Effective: August 4, 2026

Your rights

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to:

  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising
  • Opt out of targeted advertising
  • Know what personal information we have collected and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request

We will never deny you service, charge a different price or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

What we do and do not do

We do not sell personal information for money. We have never done so and we have no plans to.

However, when advertising and analytics cookies are active, information about your visit may be transmitted to advertising partners in a way that some state laws define as a "sale" or "sharing". You can stop that at any time.

The fastest way: Global Privacy Control

The simplest method requires nothing from us. Install a browser or extension that transmits the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and we will treat visits from that browser as an opt-out of sale and sharing automatically. Several browsers support it natively, and free extensions are available for the rest.

GPC applies per browser and per device, so you will need to enable it everywhere you browse. Clearing cookies does not clear GPC.

Submit a request to us

To submit any privacy request, contact us using one of the following and tell us which right you are exercising:

  • Email: privacy@leadsregistry.com — put "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line
  • Mail: Leads Registry LLC, Winchester Rd Unit #113, Lexington, KY 40505, United States
  • Web form: use our contact form and state the nature of your request in the message field

Please include: your full name, the email address and any phone number you have used with us, the state you reside in, and the specific right you wish to exercise. The more detail you give, the faster we can locate your records.

How we verify requests

To protect your information we must verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete or correct. Verification is usually straightforward — we match the details you supply against records we already hold, and may send a confirmation email to the address on file.

For requests involving sensitive information or a large volume of records we may ask for additional verification. We will never ask for a government ID, a Social Security number or payment details to verify a privacy request.

Authorised agents

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, plus verification of the agent's identity. We may still contact you directly to confirm the request.

Response times

  • Opt-out requests are actioned within 15 business days, and usually within one.
  • Access, deletion and correction requests receive an acknowledgement within 10 business days and a substantive response within 45 calendar days. We may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, and will tell you if we do.
  • Appeals receive a written decision within 45 days of receipt, including a means to contact your state attorney general if you remain dissatisfied.

There is no charge for these requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we will explain the reason before proceeding.

Limits on deletion

We may retain certain information even after a deletion request where the law permits or requires it — for example to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, detect security incidents, exercise or defend legal claims, or maintain consent and suppression records so that we continue to honour your opt-out. We will tell you which exception applies.

Managing cookies directly

You can also control advertising and analytics cookies through the cookie settings link in our footer, or through your browser's privacy settings. See our Cookie Policy for details on each category and the third parties involved.
