About Leads Registry
A Kentucky-based performance marketing company that measures its work the same way you do — in customers acquired and money returned.

We got tired of marketing reports that nobody could act on
Leads Registry was founded in 2019 by a group of media buyers and call-centre operators who had spent years on the other side of the invoice. We had bought shared leads that had already been called four times. We had paid for "qualified" traffic that never made it to a CRM record. We had sat through decks that celebrated a lower cost per click in a quarter where sales went down.
So we built the agency we wanted to hire: exclusive supply, documented consent, honest attribution, and a strategist who can explain in plain English why a number moved.
Today we run acquisition programmes for insurance carriers and agencies, home services groups, law firms, lenders and consumer brands across the United States.
Four commitments we will not trade away
Compliance is not optional
In the verticals we serve, a shortcut in consent language is a regulatory exposure with your name on it. We would rather lose a deal than launch a campaign we cannot defend.
Radical transparency
You get access to the ad accounts, the call recordings, the raw lead files and the tracking configuration. Nothing about your programme lives only in our dashboard.
Outcomes over activity
Impressions, clicks and rankings are inputs. We report on cost per qualified lead, cost per sale and return on ad spend, and we hold ourselves to those numbers.
Fit before contract
If your unit economics will not support the cost of acquisition in your market, we say so before you sign. A short honest conversation beats a long unhappy engagement.
Small senior teams, not a hand-off chain
You are assigned one strategist who owns the account outcome, supported by specialists who actually execute the work. There is no junior account coordinator relaying questions between you and the people touching your campaigns.
Every account is reviewed in a weekly internal performance meeting, and you get a monthly working session — a conversation about decisions, not a slide read.
Media & Acquisition
Paid search, paid social, native and programmatic buyers who manage budget against cost per sale, plus a pay-per-call desk that manages routing, buffers and call quality.
Organic & Content
Technical SEO engineers, content strategists and digital PR specialists working on a shared roadmap with the media team so paid and organic stop competing.
Engineering
Front-end and back-end developers building landing systems, integrations and server-side tracking. Every build ships with performance and accessibility budgets.
Compliance & QA
Reviews consent flows, disclosures, suppression processes and call recordings. Signs off before any campaign goes live and audits monthly afterwards.

What partners say about working with us
Client names are withheld under our standard confidentiality terms. References are available on request during procurement.
The team rebuilt our intake funnel and moved us from shared leads to exclusive, consent-verified calls. Our licensed agents stopped burning hours on dead numbers and our cost per issued policy dropped by a third in one quarter.
We had ranked on page three for our main service term for years. Eleven months after the technical cleanup and content rebuild, we own the local pack in four metros and organic is now our cheapest acquisition channel.
What sold us was the reporting. Every dollar is mapped to a lead source, a call recording and a CRM stage, so our board conversation is about pipeline instead of impressions.
