Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies we use on leadsregistry.com, why we use them, and how to control them in your browser.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use related technologies — pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage and server logs — and refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookies set by leadsregistry.com are first-party cookies. Cookies set by other domains loaded through our pages are third-party cookies.
Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Page delivery, security, load balancing, form submission and fraud prevention. The site cannot function without these. | Session to 12 months |
| Preferences | Remembering choices such as consent selections and display settings. | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it — page views, referrers, scroll depth, form interaction. | Up to 24 months |
| Advertising | Measuring campaign performance, attributing conversions and showing relevant ads on other sites. | Up to 13 months |
Third-party services
Depending on your consent choices, the following third parties may set cookies through our site:
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic and behaviour measurement
- Google Ads and Google Tag Manager — conversion tracking and tag deployment
- Microsoft Advertising — conversion tracking
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and audience building
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — B2B campaign measurement
- Google Maps — map embedding on our contact page
- Google Fonts — typography delivery
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you would like more detail on their practices.
How to control cookies
You have several options:
- Cookie settings on this site — use the consent banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to change your choices at any time.
- Browser controls — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- Global Privacy Control — we honour the GPC signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Google Analytics opt-out — Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Analytics data collection.
- Industry opt-outs — the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative operate opt-out pages covering many advertising networks.
Browser settings are device- and browser-specific. Clearing cookies will also clear any opt-out cookie you have set, so you may need to opt out again.
Do Not Track
There is still no universally accepted standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to DNT headers. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable law requires it.
Updates to this policy
We review this policy periodically as our tooling changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
