Shared leads to exclusive inbound calls
A 12-state Medicare Advantage and supplement agency was buying shared leads from three vendors. Contact rates were falling every quarter, licensed agents were spending most of their day dialling dead numbers, and cost per issued policy had drifted well past the allowable.
What we did
- Replaced shared leads with exclusive inbound calls generated on our own properties
- Built a CMS-compliant intake flow with the required TPMO disclaimer and documented consent
- Added IVR qualification for state, age and current coverage before transfer
- Rebuilt the agent dashboard so disposition data flowed back into campaign optimisation
Measurement window: Two AEP cycles, measured against the prior-year baseline in the same states.
From page three to owning the local pack
A roofing and exterior contractor operating in four metros had a fast but thin website, no service-area page structure, and Google Business Profiles that had not been touched in two years. Organic contributed under 8% of booked jobs.
What we did
- Full technical remediation: crawl issues, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals
- Built 60 city and service-area pages on a template with genuinely local content
- Rebuilt all four Google Business Profiles with correct categories, services and posting cadence
- Review generation workflow tied into the CRM's job-completion trigger
Measurement window: Eleven months from engagement start; organic sessions measured in Google Analytics 4, rankings via local rank-grid sampling.
A funnel rebuild that doubled completion
A direct lender was sending well-qualified paid search traffic to a single long-form application. Analytics showed most abandonment happened at the income and employment fields, and the page took over five seconds to become interactive on mobile.
What we did
- Replaced the single form with a five-step qualification funnel and partial-lead capture
- Rebuilt the page to a 1.4s LCP with a strict performance budget
- Moved disclosures above the submit action and rewrote them in plain language
- Implemented server-side tagging and offline conversion imports from the loan management system
Measurement window: Ninety days post-launch versus the ninety days prior, same media budget and channel mix.
Patient acquisition across six practices
Six practices were each running their own advertising with no shared measurement. Nobody could say which locations were profitable, and the group was paying to compete against itself on branded terms.
What we did
- Consolidated ad accounts under one structure with per-location budget control
- Built location landing pages with individual scheduling integration
- Introduced call tracking with HIPAA-aware recording controls and per-location numbers
- Standardised reporting on cost per booked new-patient appointment
Measurement window: Six months post-consolidation, measured on booked and attended new-patient appointments.
About these results. Every figure above comes from a specific client engagement over a stated measurement window, using the client's own analytics and CRM data. Marketing performance depends on offer, market, sales capacity, seasonality and competitive conditions, so these outcomes are illustrative of what accountable programmes can achieve — not a prediction of what your business will experience. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of results. References from the clients described here are available during procurement, subject to their consent.
